Uxolo Apartments is the first completed micro-unit residential development located in the Cape Town CBD. The project consists of 35 residential units ranging between 24m² micro-studio units and 40m² loft units, as well as a lobby and retail area on the Ground Floor on a stand of only 195.5m².
Busajo Campus is a facility dedicated to local street children, who are hosted for a specific period of time, during which they are helped to rebuild their lives and find respect for themselves and others. The project has been commissioned from Busajo Onlus, a nonprofit organization with social purposes based in Florence Italy.

Located on the Hatfield Campus of the University of Pretoria, Akanyang provides a safe space for students. The building emphasises the Universities contemporary approach to education.
